Refunds & Cancellations
The Sideline Sharp does not offer refunds. Given that we make every effort to be completely transparent, including the offer of monthly subscriptions for new clients to access and trial our offering, we do not offer refunds any subscriptions purchased.
We also reserve the right to delete any subscriber or membership at any time should we feel reason to do so – should they be known to be providing our information on to others; providing their log in details to others; be abusive or rude in any dealing with us or make it clear we are obviously not a good fit working together.
Collection of Information
We collect personal information about you through your registration with the Sideline Sharp and though your general use of our site and services. This information includes, but is not limited to, specific personal details that you provide to us about your name, gender, email address, contact details, financial details and IP address. Most of this personal information is collected from the registration forms that you fill out during the registration process or from any other member updates or uploads that you may provide to us in using our site or services. As well as personal information, we also collect general information about the different pages you visit or your activities on our site and within our services.
